I kindly ask that you give me at least 24 hr notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hrs notice, you will be charged the full price of the service.
If you are more than 10 min late, we will have to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment. You will still be charged the full price of the service.
This policy allows me to efficiently manage my schedule and offer high-quality services to all of my clients. I understand that life happens, so I ask that you please give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
